Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026 | Version 2.4
1. Nature of the Service
AI Rack Compute Cloud ("AI Rack", "we", "our") provides a decentralized High-Performance Computing (HPC) and distributed tensor processing network. The platform connects computational capacity providers ("Node Operators") with enterprises, researchers, and developers requiring distributed GPU infrastructure for machine learning model training, LLM inference, 3D rendering, and matrix mathematics.
Important Regulatory Notice: AI Rack is purely a technology infrastructure provider. We do not provide banking, brokerage, investment advisory, securities, or financial derivative services. Compute compensation represents infrastructure utilization rewards.
2. Node Operation & Hardware Calibration
Users running client-side browser nodes execute mathematical linear algebra shards (Float32 tensor operations) in an isolated sandboxed thread. The client worker is engineered to maintain a non-disruptive 2.0% to 5.0% CPU load profile. No cryptographic proof-of-work mining (e.g., SHA256, CryptoNight) is conducted.
3. Enterprise GPU Clusters & SLA
Cloud GPU Clusters (including RTX 4070, RTX 4090, Dual H100, and Datacenter Pods) represent fixed-term computational capacity leases in tier-3 and tier-4 datacenters. Uptime is guaranteed at 99.9% under our standard enterprise SLA.
4. Revenue Distribution & Settlement
Computational rewards and referral revenues are credited in real-time based on verified matrix task completion. Settlements are processed via automated cryptographic payment gateways (NOWPayments) to recipient digital asset addresses.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to utilize the computational infrastructure for unlawful activities, unauthorized penetration testing, malware dissemination, or Sybil abuse. Accounts violating anti-fraud thresholds are subject to suspension.
